Making a job move or career
change requires preparation and a marketing plan. The
coaching session content will actually be based upon your specific
interests/needs. A phone
interview completed prior to the session will
provide background & focus for the discussion or you
can also contact us directly for a free pre-coaching
session introduction.
We can effectively deliver training over the phone if you are not in the
Chicago-land area.
The general outline of the sessions includes (but not limited to) the following:
Client Situation Analysis/Pre-session interview
Identify key areas of coaching focusResume evaluation (if resume not a part of service

How to compete and come out the winner
Getting the interview
Pre-interview preparation
Phone screen/interviewThe face-to-face interview and winning the job

in the event you have specific questions
or situations arise where you would like our counsel
In most cases, the session will focus on specific
elements of the general outline based on your objectives and where you feel you need
assistance. Generally,
a 1-2 hour session is sufficient to achieve improved results, depending on your
situation. In the
event that you feel
you need additional (or abbreviated) coaching, 30 minute and 60 minute additional
sessions are available. After coaching, we allow follow
up calls in the event you have specific questions or situations arise where you
would like our counsel.
